Cupid is an interactive rom-com with astrology as its core "emotional framework."

You play as the divine matchmaker Cupid, guiding a Mortal (your charge, above) through a first complete date with their Match, the potential love interest (chosen by you).
All characters live in New York City, the five beautiful boroughs, but, as in life, most came from somewhere else. They have different professions, obsessions, hang-ups, and, importantly, different astral influences that shape their story of origin, their present-day behavior, proclivities, insecurities ... As in life, they run on a certain inexplicable emotional physics. Here, for our purposes, astrology.
Our AI narrator is a nameless, celestial voice-in-your-ear that you suspect has spent the last millenium on the Upper West Side. They are an advisor in matters of the heart and the stars – you're not totally alone in this. You nudge the character in the right (or wrong) direction at critical decision points, but always with some guidance.
Your job is only the first date. Wedding bells or divorce court are above your pay grade, and best left to the professionals.
Just one complete first-date arc per session. This takes about 10-12 minutes of reading, reflection, and romantic deliberation.
Privacy
The Cupid app is stateless. We do not know who you are or where you're calling from. We're simply passing data and instructions to Claude, and we retain no personal or conversation data. We keep logs of tool calls. Anonymized beancounting. Doesn't make for exciting reading, but lets us know you're there.
